At USAMedika we manufacture tubes for third party repair companies
and for Endoscope manufacturers.
Our Endoscope REPLACEMENT PARTS include bending rubbers, biopsy channels, air water channels, video heads, insertion tubes, light guide tubes, and suction channels.
All of our products go through rigorous testing for assured quality. We test our insertion tubes for 1000 Steris disinfecting cycles and for bio-compatibility – USP Class VI test. All bending rubbers are injection molded from Viton and are tested for bio-compatibility – USP Class VI test and also run through 1000 cycles of Steris sterilization. We manufacture the outside tapered and different wall thickness sizes bending rubbers for the newer flexible Endoscopes. Our three layer biopsy channels are constructed with a PTFE inner layer and expended PTFE outer layers for high durability and excellent flexibility. All channels are pre-etched for easy installation.
