We have tested our insertion tubes for 1000 Steris disinfecting cycles and for bio-compatibility –
USP Class VI test. We manufacture tubes for third party repair companies, and we also accept custom orders
for Endoscope manufacturers.

All bending rubbers are injection molded from Viton. Bending rubbers are tested for bio-compatibility – USP Class VI test and run through 1000 cycles of Steris sterilization tests. We manufacture the outside tapered
and different wall thickness sizes bending rubbers for the newer flexible Endoscopes.
